We believe in good old fashioned customer service and for that reason will not expect our customers to have to contact suppliers themselves but will address any issues that arise on their behalf.
One example of our outstanding customer service was the occasion when a member had run out of oil and this was on a day where Lisa happened to have a delivery coming to her, so we diverted her oil delivery to this member, so they could get their heating back on. Lisa’s arrived a few days later!
Part of the service we offer is to organise an automatic reminder that you need to check the domestic oil level that you have remaining in your tank. We do this because we feel responsible for our members and try not to let them run out. When ordering, please indicate how you would like to receive the message and when you think you might want it.
